Our primary responsibility is to do what we can to maintain public health. Our physical office is only open to send and receive packages such as samples and if being used minimally, by only one staff member at a time. SDA is fully complying with the social distancing guidelines of the CDC.
To that end, we have secured the equipment and IT capabilities to ensure remote work for our entire staff, including customer service, quotations, our controls team, and of course our outside sales team.
As always, your outside sales rep is your primary contact for any of your information needs around fixture details, pricing or samples. Please lean on them in this time to assist in whatever ways possible as we all try to navigate this crisis.
We understand that right now your primary concerns are making sure you and your family are safe and healthy, stocking the pantry and keeping your home office running. But as this remote working situation might become the new normal for awhile, we’re also working on developing some lighting content you can check out from the comfort of your couch.
